About the Role

BlinkOps is looking for a Product Marketing Lead who loves technology and taking a customer-centric approach to security operations. The ideal candidate excels at translating technical concepts into human language to “make it make sense” for internal stakeholders and external buyers by communicating a clear and cogent value story.

Your responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a strategy that empowers others to communicate our product value proposition at scale, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Revenue Enablement and Services.
  • Create, Manage and evolve Blink product demonstration instances to support product storytelling for different audiences such as prospects, industry analysts, partner vendors, sales team, etc.)
  • Own competitive intelligence across BlinkOps current and emerging competitors, create related collateral and enable GTM team at BlinkOps
  • Build, deliver and manage content in various formats (webpages, solution briefs, decks, product demos, short videos, social media content, competitive intel, sales collateral, etc) to support product storytelling for different audiences (prospects, industry analysts, partner vendors, sales team, etc.)
  • Be the owner of managing the content and communicating the availability of content and understand content gaps to own the delivery of such content.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering on Value Engineering - particularly with building ROI, Business Case and Value Realization models to support pre and post sales motions. 
  • Manage and drive relationships with industry analysts - identifying key analysts relevant to our space, leading the interactions with the analysts with help of appropriate team members, submitting relevant questionnaires for analyst reports, and educating the company on analyst outlook for BlinkOps and related domains.
  • Apply your technical knowledge and expertise to drive strategic initiatives across the business that require our internal go-to-market teams and partners to better understand the technical aspects of our platform.
  • Deliver the technical content portfolio ranging from product demonstrations (internal and external), technical white papers and proposal responses that empowers Blink’s go-to-market teams to showcase the Blink product at scale and drive traction in a competitive marketplace.

Requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • 5+ years of product marketing or sales engineering/technical sales experience in a B2B cybersecurity organization
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration: demonstrated ability to work closely with teams outside of PMM such as product, engineering, PR, Demand Gen, Biz Dev, design, sales, support, and legal
  • Experience developing messaging, positioning and product value propositions - with product demo or video creation experience preferred
  • Project management skills to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, interdependencies and moving deadlines
  • Analytical skills: to analyze marketing, sales, and market data to measure marketing success
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in high growth, innovative and fast-paced environments
  • B2B SaaS product marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with sales or marketing technologies a plus

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 — $220,000 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)

  • Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
