 About the Role

Veeam is evolving beyond data protection into a broader platform spanning data security, identity, and AI trust

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own solution-level marketing for the platform—bringing together multiple product capabilities into clear, compelling solutions that resonate with our core customer base and expand into new buying centers.

This role is critical in translating platform vision into packaged solutions, field-ready messaging, and real customer impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own solution packaging and messaging
  • Define and develop solution-level narratives that connect data protection, security, and AI capabilities into cohesive offerings
  • Translate platform capabilities into use-case-driven messaging aligned to real customer problems
  • Ensure clarity and consistency across solutions targeting IT, security, and data leaders
  • Take the overarching platform narrative and activate it across product areas and use cases
  • Partner with product marketing, product management, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Bridge gaps between vision and execution across a growing portfolio
  • Build sales plays, decks, and enablement that make it easy to position and sell the platform as solutions, not a set of disjointed point products
  • Equip teams to cross-sell and expand within the existing customer base
  • Support strategic deals with clear, outcome-oriented messaging
  • Help bring emerging use cases (AI governance, data security posture, cyber resilience) into practical, sellable motions
  • Make new concepts tangible and relevant for current and future buyers

What You'll Bring

  • 8–12+ years in product marketing across enterprise software (data, security, or adjacent markets)
  • Experience in solution marketing or platform marketing across multiple products areas
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into customer-centric value and use cases
  • Proven track record of building sales-ready assets and driving field adoption
  • Ability to collaborate and execute across product, sales, and marketing teams
  • A practical builder who turns strategy into execution
  • A connector who brings multiple pieces into a coherent whole
  • Customer-first, always thinking in use cases and outcomes
  • High ownership, low ego, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment

#LI-TS1

What you'll get

  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
  • Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on your first day
  • Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via our Employee Assistance Program
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support through Maven, plus paid volunteer time
  • AirVet: 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost
  • Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Tax-advantaged spending accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuting
  • Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning
