We’re hiring a Director of Product Design to lead this evolution. In this role, you’ll set the vision for our product design function, grow and develop a world-class team, and work closely with executive leadership to build a design org that drives business outcomes through simplicity, empathy, and innovation.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Lead, grow and scale a multidisciplinary team of product designers and researchers across multiple product areas—from early-stage exploration to high-impact execution

  • Shape and communicate a cohesive design vision across our ecosystem of financial products, ensuring clarity, trust, and usability in every experience

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing leadership to align on strategy, prioritization, and outcomes

  • Champion a user-centered, data-informed design culture—anchored in accessibility, usability, and continuous learning

  • Define and implement scalable design processes, tools, and team structures to enable efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Build career development frameworks, mentor leads, and guide talent progression at all levels of the team

  • Ensure design is strategically positioned to play a proactive role in product planning, discovery, experimentation, and roadmap development

  • Influence cross-functional leadership by clearly communicating how design drives measurable business outcomes like adoption, engagement, and retention

  • Advocate for design at the executive level, ensuring, design plays a key role in shaping product and company-level strategy and decisions

What You Bring to The Team:
  • 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role in a product-led company

  • Proven success leading and growing high-performing design teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Deep expertise in design systems, mobile-first design, and product strategy—especially in fintech, healthtech, or other regulated/high-trust domains

  • A track record of delivering intuitive, elegant, and measurable user experiences that drive business results

  • Strong operational experience—able to scale design processes, rituals, and team structures as the org grows

  • Experience partnering closely with research, data, product, engineering, and marketing to drive a cohesive product experience

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and senior stakeholders

  • Passion for mentoring and building inclusive teams that prioritize craft, autonomy, and shared ownership

  • Ability to think across time horizons—connecting immediate product needs with longer-term platform and brand direction
