ClickUp is seeking a Pricing and Growth leader with strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end monetization strategies. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of pricing models, product-led growth, monetization strategy, product packaging, and billing systems. The ideal Director of Pricing and Growth understands the importance of pricing experimentation and has prior experience working with cross-functional teams to build innovative pricing models, packaging strategies, and product growth initiatives using data analysis and market research. You are an out-of-the-box creative problem-solver who makes impactful decisions and works closely with the executive team.

The Role:
  • Define and drive the overarching pricing, packaging, and growth strategy, aligning with the company’s long-term business goals and market vision.
  • Lead the creation of innovative pricing models, packaging solutions, and product growth initiatives, conducting experimentation to optimize revenue and user adoption.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve monetization across the entire product journey, including onboarding, feature adoption, upsell/cross-sell flows, and retention.
  • Foster strategic alignment across product, marketing, finance, and sales teams, ensuring monetization strategies maximize company-wide impact.
  • Anticipate market trends and lead innovative approaches to pricing, packaging, and product-led growth, setting industry standards for SaaS monetization.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, shaping company-wide monetization and product growth strategies, and driving transformative growth initiatives.
  • Own the financial outcomes of monetization initiatives, leveraging data to drive revenue optimization, user engagement, and market competitiveness.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in pricing, monetization, or related fields, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing company-wide pricing and packaging strategies with measurable financial outcomes
  • Extensive experience in SaaS or tech industries with a deep understanding of global markets, competitive positioning, and scalable monetization models
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$225,000$277,000 USD
