This is a senior role for a seasoned user acquisition expert who combines deep platform knowledge with a consultative mindset, a passion for experimentation, and a strong handle on how to drive business outcomes through performance media.

You will own the performance marketing excellence function, partnering with clients to adopt predictive signals, scale testing roadmaps, and drive measurable improvements in user acquisition. You’ll work cross-functionally with Client Partners, Product, and Data Science to translate predictive insights into campaign strategy and optimization plans.

This role is ideal for a former UA leader or growth marketing strategist who has managed large paid budgets, led cross-functional efforts, and thrives at the intersection of performance, analytics, and innovation.

About Us

Voyantis was founded in 2020 on the premise that market fundamentals are shifting companies worldwide from growth-at-all-costs strategies to efficient and responsible growth practices, with a focus on improving Unit Economics. With a bold mission to leverage AI to reimagine the whole Growth process, to streamline this transition and ensure its sustainability, Voyantis eliminates the guesswork from customer value creation, empowering leaders with actionable strategies and tactics to acquire, nurture and retain the high-value customers their businesses really need, with the actions and the timing that would be most impactful to achieve their goals.

Leading companies like Miro, Rappi and Moneylion rely on Voyantis to effectively apply these predictions. They use Voyantis to drive high-value customer acquisition on platforms like Google and Meta, optimize incentives through Salesforce and Braze, and perfectly time upsells, resulting in a 20%-40% ROI uplift.

Voyantis is well-backed by top VCs such as Target Global and SquarePeg. The company has tripled in size annually over the past two years and now boasts a team of 70 with offices in California, New York and Tel Aviv.

  • Serve as the performance marketing voice in cross-functional client account teams.

Team Leadership & Internal Enablement

  • Mentor and lead Media Solution Managers or channel specialists across client accounts.
  • Codify performance marketing best practices and experimentation playbooks for internal use.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on insights from the field to support GTM efforts and thought leadership.

Platform & Industry Expertise

  • Stay current on paid media platform trends (e.g. Google’s PMax, Meta Advantage+) and ad tech evolutions.
  • Understand attribution shifts, signal loss challenges, and first-party data strategies impacting UA teams.
  • Represent Voyantis’ performance POV in external conversations (webinars, workshops, strategic client reviews).
