You will be a senior deal-maker, relationship-builder and strategist who turns our Hardware Ecosystem Partnership vision into reality. You’ll own the full partnership life-cycle, from sourcing and structuring deals to orchestrating flawless cross-functional execution with product, engineering, legal, and other relevant teams.
What you’ll do:Build and scale Oura’s partner network
- Source and qualify strategic partnership opportunities across Oura’s hardware and ecosystem pillars (eg. movement, metabolic health and sleep).
- Focus on propositions that materially enhance member value and create new reasons to buy Oura.
Close high-leverage partnerships
- Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements unlocking revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage.
- Set and hold up a high bar for deal quality, economics, and long-term platform value of Oura.
Turn strategy into launches
- Rally cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Science, Marketing, Legal, Ops) around shared launch goals
- Own launch readiness standards and execution quality, in close partnership with Partner Success and cross-functional teams.
Shape hardware-led differentiation
- Partner with product, engineering, science, and market leaders on hardware-anchored propositions, such as movement, metabolic and lifestyle.
- Identify where partnerships deepen differentiation and reinforce Oura’s moat
- Strengthen Oura’s position as the health-sensing platform of choice
Architect a scalable platform
- Design and standardize ecosystem and hardware primitives: data flows, APIs, SDKs, in-app and partner surfaces and governance.
- Build repeatable motions and launch playbooks that compound over time
- Avoid bespoke one-offs by standardizing how partners plug into Oura
- Use AI tools to further scale our operations and revenue per headcount.
Lead, grow, and own outcomes
- Lead, mentor and grow Oura’s partnerships team as headcount scales.
- Navigate regulated and health-adjacent categories with legal, clinical, and regulatory partners.
- Own targets for device-anchored partner launches, attach rates, and ecosystem revenue across priority ICPs.
- +10 years in outward-facing commercial roles as an operator or a founder within health tech or health services, with a track record of closing high-impact deals
- Delivered 8‑figure+ attributable revenue impact in your previous roles through end‑to‑end, product‑integrated partnerships.
- Experience with wearables, biosensors, connected fitness, or diagnostic/assessment products.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert new markets or customer bases.
- A robust network of decision-makers across wearables, health, wellness, and digital health ecosystems, and the credibility to leverage them.
- Demonstrated success leading teams (both directly and in a matrix) toward ambitious commercial targets.
- Outstanding communication skills: you translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for execs, partners, and cross-functional peers.
- High integrity around privacy, security, and member trust.
- Fluency with the latest AI tools and building solutions for partner enablement to drive revenue per head efficiency.
- A driven, self-starting mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building from zero to one.
- A passion to make health a daily practice for millions of people worldwide.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
