ThermalWorks LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Director, Human Resources to lead and scale the people function for ThermalWorks in close partnership with the Endeavour HR team. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to ThermalWorks leadership while aligning HR practices, talent strategies, and employee experience initiatives with Endeavour’s broader people philosophy and operational standards.
The Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of HR for ThermalWorks, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits partnership, compliance, and employee engagement. This individual will play a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace environment.
This role requires a highly adaptable, strategic, and hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance operational execution with long-term organizational planning. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:- Serve as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational priorities and business growth.
- Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and Endeavour’s people practices.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for ThermalWorks, helping attract, engage, and retain high-performing talent in partnership with Endeavour’s Talent team.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-accountability culture aligned with the organization’s values.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback practices, and employee development planning.
- Identify training and leadership development opportunities to strengthen employee capability and support career growth.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and practices accordingly.
- Partner with Endeavour HR and business operations teams on compensation, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, and broader people initiatives, such as the ecosystem-wide intern program.
- Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support change management initiatives and help guide the organization through periods of growth and evolution.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and business matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership role.
- Experience supporting high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced organizations preferred.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading strategic people initiatives.
- Multi-state and/or global workforce experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and modern people operations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with technicians, manufacturing, warehouse, or field‑based teams, with strong understanding of hourly workforce dynamics, scheduling, overtime, and FLSA considerations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to operational goals.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
