Lead the implementation and management of policies across recruitment, employment, employee relations and equal opportunity, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, evaluating and resolving complex HR issues in a fast-moving environment while supporting a geographically dispersed workforce. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring Spectrum policies are consistently administered
  • Guide managers and supervisors with consultative support and resolve escalated employee issues
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk
  • Direct recruiting and staffing processes, designing employee retention strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Oversee payroll processing, commission reporting and maintenance of HRIS database
  • Hire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget planning

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 8-10+ years of human resource generalist experience in single or multi-location environments
  • 5+ years of management experience
