The Role
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth, the Director of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s digital acquisition efforts through performance-driven creative, on-platform media buying and landing page optimization.

This is a high-impact role focused on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing our growth levers across paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep experience in performance marketing, and a keen eye for creative strategy. They are highly data-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative teams, product teams, and external partners to maximize efficiency and drive customer growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a Growth Leader & Innovator: Stay at the tip of the spear by testing and adopting new growth strategies, tools, and tactics. Bring thought leadership to the team by identifying emerging trends and experimenting with novel approaches to drive acquisition performance.

  • Own Channel Performance: Take full accountability for the business performance of the channels you manage. Proactively uncover growth opportunities, lead experimentation, and turn over every stone to exceed targets.

  • Mentor and Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a senior voice on the team, mentoring junior members and helping them drive success in their respective categories. Contribute to a strong team culture rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and growth.

  • Lead Performance Creative Production: Own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other acquisition channels.

  • Shape and Manage Internal/External Creative Processes: Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of performance assets and landing page experiences.

  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify landing page opportunities, lead A/B testing, and optimize funnels to improve user conversion and cost efficiency.

  • Manage On-Platform Digital Acquisition: Oversee campaign execution and optimization across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid media platforms.

  • Scale Affiliate & Partnership Marketing: Develop and manage an affiliate strategy, cultivating partnerships that drive incremental growth and expand our reach.

  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Use data to surface insights and take decisive action to improve efficiency, revenue, and ROI across all acquisition channels

  • Monitor Trends & Identify New Growth Levers: Stay ahead of industry trends and actively evaluate new tools, platforms, and tactics that can drive performance.

You Are:

  • A data-driven marketer with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance campaigns.

  • A creative strategist who understands how to develop compelling ads that drive conversions, unearthing new insights and hypotheses form both our consumers and external industry trends

  • A CRO expert who knows how to improve landing page performance and user experience.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

  • A growth-focused leader who proactively identifies opportunities and executes with excellence.

You Have:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.

  • Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and a track record of managing high-performance campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools.

  • A background in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred.

  • Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or highly regulated industries.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL or data visualization tools.
