We're committed to building a global, diverse team representing different and varied backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, or disability. Being a Horizoneer means being part of a growing, international family.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and strengthen our presence in the HRTech space. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end marketing initiatives: building brand recognition, driving inbound lead generation, and ensuring our story resonates across podcasts, YouTube, social media, and most importantly, HR industry events throughout North America.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of innovation, growth, and regional expansion. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused: a marketer who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, blends creativity with data-driven insights, and has successfully scaled marketing in growth-stage companies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to accelerate revenue growth and expand brand awareness across North America.

  • Define and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all channels in the region.

  • Establish and scale our presence in HR industry events, conferences, and communities in North America, positioning us as a trusted SaaS partner.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, podcasts, YouTube, PR, events, and content) that resonate with the North American market to generate awareness and demand.

  • Partner with internal and external creators to produce compelling content, blogs, videos, thought leadership, and case studies, that speak to HR leaders and decision-makers in the region.

  • Monitor marketing KPIs, track ROI, and adjust strategies in real time for maximum impact.

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align messaging, drive conversions, and support revenue growth in North America.

  • Represent the company at North American industry events, panels, and partnerships to elevate brand recognition and credibility.

Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments (HRTech experience is a plus)

  • Proven track record of building and scaling GTM and demand generation strategies targeting North American markets.

  • Strong background in event marketing and community-driven growth within the region.

  • Hands-on experience leveraging social media, podcasts, and YouTube for brand awareness and lead generation in North America.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PR.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and roll up your sleeves when needed.

  • Fluency in English (C2 or equivalent). Spanish is a plus.

About YOU:

You’re a doer. You take pride in being self-sufficient and productive. You’re a conversationalist and a people person, and you thrive in the startup space. Speed, execution, and proactive problem solving come naturally to you. Lastly, you’re inspired by what we do and why we do it.
