We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take the reins of our Global Commission Administration team. As Director, you’ll lead the charge in transforming how we manage and deliver incentive compensation across the globe—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and motivation for our world-class salesforce. What You’ll Do:
Lead with vision: Oversee global commission operations, ensuring timely and accurate payouts that align with strategic goals.
Be the expert: Serve as the go-to authority on commission plans, system capabilities, and best practices.
Inspire and manage: Guide a high-performing team across the U.S. and Manila, fostering growth and accountability.
Drive transformation: Spearhead automation and process improvements that scale with our global business.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to align on goals and resolve challenges.
Own the details: Manage exception payments, conduct audits, and deliver insights through data analysis.
Educate and empower: Lead training sessions and ensure clear communication of plan details to stakeholders.
Innovate for the future: Support new plan year rollouts, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in commission compensation or accounting, with deep knowledge of ICM/SPM tools (SAP Commissions preferred).
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across all levels of the organization.
Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.
Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
Experience with Workday Financials and HRIS is a plus.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$146,900.00 - $272,700.00Benefits:
