Job Summary

This position will manage key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and strategic analysis for business units within the firm. The focus will be conducting financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.

This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior leaders and other key internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaison with finance and business teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the firm to plan, analyze, and forecast financial and other key business success metrics
  • Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ad hoc support and analysis for global business units
  • Proactively search out ways to improve and streamline processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organization
  • Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high-level of energy, and problem-solving skills
  • Takes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them through
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus
