As a Director, Digital Sales Merchandising at Spectrum, you'll lead the vision for our cable and mobile ecommerce sales channels, ensuring every product and promotion online aligns with business goals and customer needs. As a critical partner across teams, you'll drive seamless execution and measurable success for our digital sales offers, directly impacting how customers experience our services.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and shape the digital merchandising and offer strategy for Spectrum's cable and mobile digital sales channels
  • Coordinate and prioritize digital offer rollouts, promotions and catalog updates to maintain a compelling and accurate online presence
  • Partner with marketing analytics, product, billing, technology and operations teams to deliver on business objectives and campaign launches
  • Oversee catalog readiness and synchronize launches for new products, pricing changes and promotional efforts
  • Measure and analyze offer and merchandising performance using KPIs, dashboards and analytics to drive data-based decisions
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize conversion, revenue and customer experience across ecommerce platforms
  • Serve as a key liaison, translating business strategy into actionable catalog execution for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Manage priorities and resolve competing demands in a fast-paced, matrixed environment to ensure high-quality digital customer experiences

Working Conditions
  • Office environment with occasional travel as needed
  • Eligible for Spectrum's hybrid work policy, with the option to work from home up to one day per week

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, information systems or equivalent

Experience
  • 8+ years of digital sales, digital merchandising, ecommerce or catalog management experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in digital commerce, merchandising or offer management roles
  • 5+ years of experience leading offer strategy or rollout execution for customer-facing digital channels
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, billing, technology and operations
  • 5+ years of experience prioritizing and coordinating catalog updates, launches or pricing changes
  • 3+ years of experience using analytics to inform business decisions and optimization
    9+ years of progressive experience in digital sales, merchandising, ecommerce, product
  • operations or catalog management
  • Experience leading offer strategy, rollout planning, or merchandising execution for customer-facing digital sales channels

Skills
  • Strong understanding of telecom or cable product catalogs and offer configuration
  • Experience with enterprise catalog platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or Amdocs
  • Expertise in promotional strategy, offer testing, pricing optimization and conversion improvement
  • Knowledge of catalog structures, pricing dependencies and fulfillment considerations
  • Proficiency in reporting, KPI analysis and performance measurement
  • Ability to translate business requirements into execution priorities
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and cross-functional implementation planning
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • MBA or advanced degree

Experience
  • 5+ years of telecom, cable, broadband, wireless or mobile industry experience
  • 3+ years of digital merchandising for both cable and mobile experiences
  • 3+ years of analytics-driven offer optimization and customer behavior analysis

Skills
  • Strong expertise in offer rollouts within a cable company
  • Experience with promotional strategy, offer testing, pricing optimization and digital conversion improvement
  • Experience in digital product merchandising for subscription-based or service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with billing dependencies, product configuration rules and order flow impacts in telecom environments
  • Experience using analytics to assess offer efficiency, customer behavior and business performance
