As the Director of Digital Revenue & Marketing Strategy, you will shape and execute the organization's digital growth vision by leading marketing strategy, demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue expansion efforts.

This executive leadership role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, revenue growth, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, IT, and executive leadership, you will drive initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, improve customer acquisition and retention, expand market opportunities, and create measurable business impact through data-driven decision making.

How You'll Make an Impact

Digital Revenue & Growth Leadership

  • Define and execute an enterprise digital revenue strategy aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for digital channels, platforms, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive measurable impact on pipeline generation and revenue growth through strategic digital initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align investments, priorities, and growth strategies across the organization.
  • Lead Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales and business leaders to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and market opportunities.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, customer touchpoints, and marketing channels to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
  • Leverage analytics, customer insights, and performance data to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.

Drive Market Growth & Brand Strategy

  • Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen Okuma's brand positioning, digital presence, and market differentiation.
  • Lead development of thought leadership, educational content, and value-driven marketing programs that reinforce industry credibility.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, marketing innovations, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and external relationships that expand market reach and create new business opportunities.

Lead Teams & Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing and growth team through direct leadership or matrixed influence.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and IT leaders to align initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on digital transformation opportunities and organizational growth strategies.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to ensure programs and resources are effectively aligned with business goals.

Performance & Compliance

  • Maintain a data-driven approach to decision making through dashboards, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Adhere to all company policies, employment practices, and safety requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, drive innovation, and add organizational value.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
  • Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital revenue leadership, digital marketing, digital business strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven success at the Senior Manager or Director level with meaningful executive and C-suite interaction.
  • Experience driving or influencing multimillion-dollar pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, customer acquisition, brand strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and leading cross-functional business initiatives.

Physical and Environmental Elements

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit continuously for over 3/4 of normal work shift, and stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms for at least 1/4 of the normal work shift
  • Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to stoop, crouch and reach
  • Ability to talk or hear continuously
  • Ability to see clearly to do all work-related tasks (clear or corrected vision at 20 inches or less)
  • Finger dexterity is required frequently for over 3/4 of the normal work shift including operating a phone, computer/ electronic equipment

Work Environment:

  • Position is typically performed in the office environment with standard equipment and moderate noise levels (examples: computers, printers, fax, copiers, light traffic, and phone)
  • Position will occasionally interact with the production/warehouse environment. As such, the employee may be exposed to an open warehouse area where temperatures may vary with outdoor conditions (heat and cold).

Special Requirements

  • Maintain annual OSHA safety certifications as required by job duties
  • Must live within commutable distance to the corporate office
