Your Impact
The Director, Everywhere Commerce will lead Lowe's third-party marketplace and off-platform commerce business, with end-to-end ownership of strategy, performance, and partner operations across key marketplace and delivery partners, while identifying and scaling new digital revenue streams with emerging B2B and marketplace partners. This leader will own the commercial and operating model for the channel, including contract negotiation, joint business planning, merchandising strategy, promotional planning, and retail media investment to drive profitable growth. The role is accountable for delivering strong business results while protecting the Lowe's brand, customer experience, and margin profile across every partner ecosystem. This role oversees a business of more than $100M and is responsible for expanding Lowe's reach through both existing
partner relationships and new revenue opportunities across digital accounts and alternative marketplaces, including social commerce, utility marketplaces, property management technology platforms, and other emerging distribution models. This role requires a strong general manager mindset, balancing strategic deal-making, daily business management, cross-functional influence, and team leadership to unlock new demand and deliver incremental omni-channel growth.

What You Will Do
  • Define the strategy for Everywhere Commerce and oversee execution across key third-party commerce partners to deliver sustainable business performance, customer growth, and operational excellence.
    Own executive-level partner relationships and lead contract negotiations, annual planning, performance reviews, and commercial discussions to improve economics, service levels, assortment visibility, and strategic alignment.
    Lead the merchandising strategy for third-party commerce channels, including assortment decisions, pricing and promotion alignment, digital shelf optimization, seasonal planning, and content quality to maximize conversion
    and basket size.
  • Manage and optimize retail media spend across partner platforms, establishing investment priorities, performance measurement, and return-on-ad-spend discipline in partnership with marketing, merchandising, finance, and
    analytics teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and incubate new revenue streams with digital B2B accounts and alternative marketplaces, including social commerce partners, utility marketplaces, property management technology platforms, and other
    emerging channels.
  • Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for new partner opportunities, including financial modeling, operating requirements, customer value proposition, launch roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with merchandising, pricing, supply chain, digital, legal, finance, marketing, retail media, and technology teams to ensure operational readiness and strong ongoing performance.
  • Establish a rigorous business operating rhythm, including weekly and monthly performance reviews, issue resolution, forecast updates, and executive-ready business reviews that translate data into clear actions
  • Create the processes, tools, and governance needed to scale the channel efficiently, improve partner accountability, and reduce execution friction across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer, competitive, and marketplace trends to inform channel strategy, partnership priorities, assortment expansion, and test-and-learn opportunities.
  • Protect the Lowe's brand and customer experience across all third-party environments by ensuring high standards for assortment accuracy, content quality, service execution, and issue resolution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team with clear ownership, strong talent development, and a culture of accountability, curiosity, speed, and commercial thinking.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, user experience, retail operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 10 years of experience in one or more of the following: ecommerce, digital business management, marketplace partnerships, merchandising, retail media, business development, sales, strategy, or category management
  • 6 years of demonstrated delivery of business results and people leadership
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic external partners with significant revenue or spend responsibility
    Experience launching new channels, partnerships, or revenue streams and scaling them from pilot to durable business contribution
  • Strong financial acumen, including ownership of revenue, margin, advertising spend, forecasting, and business case development

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master's degree MBA or equivalent advanced field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in retail, marketplace, last-mile delivery, digital advertising, or closely related
    commerce models
