Your Impact:
The Services Sales Consultant is responsible for driving measurable performance improvement across In-Home Sales Specialists (IHSS) and Services Territory Sales Managers (STSM) by developing and executing high-impact sales initiatives. This role identifies performance gaps through data and field insights, translates findings into actionable strategies, and leads end-to-end implementation of programs that improve sales productivity, attachment, and profitability.
This position owns key initiatives including sales execution optimization, category and service expansion, pilot design and scaling, and field leadership enablement. The consultant ensures programs are operationally viable, financially sound, and delivered on time-holding accountability for both execution and results.
Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Services, Finance, and Field Leadership, this role aligns strategic priorities with field execution to drive consistency and scalability across markets. The consultant acts as a bridge between strategy and the field, ensuring initiatives are practical, adopted, and delivering intended outcomes.
This role is critical to Lowe's as it enables frontline sales teams to perform at a higher level, improving close rates, increasing average ticket, expanding service penetration, and delivering a more consistent, high-quality customer experience.

What You Will Do:
- Leverage data and field insights to identify performance gaps and prioritize initiatives that improve sales productivity, close rates, and profitability
- Design and deliver targeted enablement programs (onboarding, product/category training, sales plays, and new program launches) that drive immediate, measurable impact in the field
- Develop and execute sales execution strategies that standardize best practices while allowing flexibility for local market dynamics
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Services, Finance, and Field Leadership to align initiatives with business priorities and ensure successful rollout and adoption
- Lead the design, execution, and scaling of pilot programs, ensuring operational feasibility and clear paths to enterprise implementation
- Translate root cause analysis into actionable solutions that address performance barriers and improve customer and associate experience
- Serve as a field-facing leader and facilitator, gathering feedback, developing solutions, delivering training, and leading workshops both in-market and at the Store Support Center
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities to accelerate impact
- Build agile, scalable solutions, training, and communication tools that can be deployed quickly to address emerging business needs
- Establish clear communication strategies that drive alignment, reinforce expectations, and ensure consistent execution across IHSS and field leadership teams
- Strengthen the in-home selling model by developing programs that increase store engagement, improve lead generation, and enhance follow-up and conversion
- Drive consistent execution of defined sales processes, ensuring high-quality customer experience from lead through project completion
- Create and maintain feedback loops with frontline teams to continuously refine programs, improve processes, and close experience gaps
- Develop and deliver localized, category-specific strategies and engagements that unlock regional sales opportunities and address market-specific needs
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 Years Operations Management, Merchandising. Multi-store/department experience, organizational effectiveness role
- 5 Years of Supervisory Experience
