Job Summary
The Director of Digital Brand Experience is responsible for shaping, protecting, and evolving the company’s digital brand presence across digital channels. This role blends brand strategy, creativity, performance, and operational excellence to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects brand integrity, delivers exceptional user experience, and supports measurable business outcomes.
This role works in direct collaboration with Brand Marketing and partners closely with Growth to ensure brand-led digital experiences also support acquisition, conversion, and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Brand & Website Strategy
● Own the website as a core brand platform, ensuring it reflects brand strategy, positioning, and standards
● Oversee brand integrity, messaging, and visual consistency across all digital experiences
● Ensure a unified, cohesive digital experience across the company’s family of brands, maintaining continuity while respecting individual brand distinctions
● Act as a steward of digital brand governance across websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
● Ensure the website is running optimally, including performance, uptime, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall site health
● Partner with internal technical teams and external vendors to manage site enhancements, fixes, and releases
● Help prioritize and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with brand and business goals
Campaign & Landing Page Development
● Lead the development of landing pages and digital experiences for brand and growth campaigns
● Collaborate with Brand and Growth partners to ensure digital executions align with campaign goals, brand voice, and conversion best practices
● Balance creativity, usability, and performance across all campaign experiences
User Experience & Journey Optimization
● Ensure optimal user experience across website pages, landing pages, and campaign flows in Hubspot
● Design, evaluate, and continuously improve user journeys to support awareness, engagement, and conversion
● Use qualitative insights, testing, and performance data to inform UX improvements
SEO, LLM & Digital Visibility
● Support and evolve SEO strategy to improve brand visibility, discoverability, and rankings
● Partner on emerging LLM and AI-driven search optimization strategies to ensure the brand is accurately and competitively represented in AI-powered discovery experiences
● Ensure site structure, content, and performance support long-term organic growth
● Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure PPC advertising and search initiatives align with overall strategy and objectives.
● Drive digital visibility across key industry channels, including association websites, review platforms, and partner networks.
Creative & Design Support
● Serve as backup design support as needed, helping fulfill digital creative requests across teams, and as assigned by head of brand marketing
● Provide UX guidance and hands-on support for layouts and CTA’s pertaining to digital assets, email campaigns and conversion workflows
● Ensure creative aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and channel best practices
● Act as a senior digital reviewer and strategic thought partner to director of brand marketing
Measurement, Attribution & Growth Support
● Support attribution tracking and measurement for digital campaigns and website performance in partnership with Growth and Operations team
● Help ensure analytics, tagging, and tracking are properly implemented and maintained
● Translate performance insights into recommendations that improve both brand experience and conversion outcomes
Required Qualifications:
● Led the strategy and execution of high-impact digital brand experiences and web platforms at scale.
● Deep understanding of UX best practices, web performance, digital campaigns, and conversion optimization.
● Strong command of SEO, analytics, attribution frameworks, and modern martech ecosystems.
● Creative, digitally native leader comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
● Hands-on experience building and optimizing web pages and landing experiences across WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot.
● Trusted cross-functional partner with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
● Design-literate with working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related tools.

● Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
● Meet individual and team performance targets by achieving key productivity and quality KPIs.
● Contribute to a collaborative team by sharing ideas and process improvements, while working in a hybrid environment that requires attendance at in-office team meetings and training sessions is a component of the hybrid work model.
