Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale our global demand generation engine as we continue our rapid growth. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving pipeline creation across enterprise and self-serve motions — owning strategy and execution across digital channels, paid media, ABM, events, and partnerships, while overseeing our lifecycle marketing function to ensure a seamless journey from first touch through renewal and expansion.

You'll work closely with the head of B2B Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, and Revenue Operations in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, speed, and measurable business impact matter. You'll need to be equal parts strategist and operator: someone who sets the vision and is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute it.

What you'll do:

Own Pipeline Generation

  • Develop and execute the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline across enterprise and PLG motions.

  • Build integrated campaigns spanning paid media, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships, and outbound support.

  • Create scalable account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise customers and strategic accounts.

  • Optimize lead generation, conversion, and pipeline velocity across the entire funnel.

Scale Marketing Programs

  • Launch and iterate campaigns quickly using data-driven experimentation.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches, customer stories, and industry trends into high-performing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and customer journeys across self-serve and enterprise audiences.

  • Support field marketing initiatives, executive events, and industry conferences.

Measure & Optimize

  • Define KPIs and build reporting around pipeline generation, attribution, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve lead routing, scoring, attribution, and campaign measurement.

  • Continuously test messaging, audiences, creative, and channels to maximize performance.

  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale marketing operations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline priorities and revenue goals.

  • Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion and customer marketing initiatives.

  • Help establish scalable demand generation processes as the company continues to grow globally.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.

  • Proven track record of building programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing motions, ABM, and full-funnel demand generation.

  • Experience managing paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, webinars, events, and integrated campaigns.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring attribution, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.

  • Comfortable partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and executive leadership.

  • Hands-on operator who enjoys building from scratch while thinking strategically.

  • Experience with modern marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Clay, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Compensation & Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

  • Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $220,000 - $320,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

  • Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.

  • Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

  • The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.

  • Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
