An experienced and strategic Director of Compensation to lead the development, implementation, and administration of our global compensation programs. This role will ensure that pay practices support the attraction, motivation, and retention of top talent while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable influencing at the executive level.

Description:

  • Support the design and implementation of the company's compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, job architecture and salary structures.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation matters.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Develop and maintain global job leveling framework as well as assist in developing and communicating career pathing methodology and tools.
  • Lead and/or support compensation-related aspects of organizational changes (i.e. M&A, reorganizations and entrance into new labor markets).
  • Monitor evolving compensation regulations and ensure programs are compliant.
  • Manage compensation analytics and reporting, develop dashboards and executive-level insights to drive decision making.
  • Partner with various stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and integrity of compensation practices across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, minimum of 5 years dedicated to Compensation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Ability to analyze complex data, conduct modeling and translate findings into business insights
  • Strong knowledge of compensation regulations (FLSA, pay equity)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners and stakeholders
  • Must be able to demonstrate financial acumen
  • Must have working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with Workday strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business analysis, and/or business administration strongly preferred.
