As a Director of Commercial Legal, you will draft agreements, support partner programs, and develop strategies while collaborating with teams on key legal initiatives.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Your future team
We're looking for an experienced attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative legal team at Atlassian!
You'll join our Transformation and Scale team, part of the broader Commercial Legal team. On Transformation and Scale, we apply a programmatic mindset to most everything we do, partnering with stakeholders across Legal and the business to develop and execute team strategy that scales our support, one to many. More specifically, you will cover Atlassian's Partners & Alliances organization and will have opportunities to collaborate on other key team initiatives. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation and Scale, who in turn reports to Atlassian's Deputy General Counsel, Head of Commercial.
On Transformation and Scale, we believe in putting the customer and our clients first, making smart, risk-based decisions, and collaborating as a team. Like our customers, we use Atlassian products to work asynchronously with colleagues around the world. Successful teammates bring a desire to understand Atlassian products and a passion for innovation.

Zone A: $225,000 - $293,750

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
