The Director of Business Operations & Strategy will be a strategic and analytical leader in the company who will focus on driving enterprise-wide, transformational growth initiatives within the company. Reporting to the SVP of Business Operations & Strategy, this position will join a small, agile team operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and analytics, focused on the highest-impact initiatives required to achieve an aggressive private equity-backed growth plan. The position will require a cross-functional mindset, collaborative disposition, high-level analytical skills, and the ability to tell stories with data that can help the executive team make good decisions that will grow the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and who desires to influence senior stakeholders throughout a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, concise materials that help the executive team understand complex topics through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Build executive‑level reporting infrastructure using Power BI and other data‑insight tools.
- Leverage automation and emerging technologies to expand the company’s data‑insight capabilities.
- Partner cross‑functionally with business leaders to support informed decision‑making.
- Lead performance tracking for key growth initiatives and drive accountability against strategic objectives.
- Translate healthcare technology industry trends into actionable insights that inform operational strategy.
- Develop financial models to support expansion efforts and M&A opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
5-7 years of investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous, analytical environment.
Strong modeling, forecasting, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience working in private equity–backed environments.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives or M&A activities.
