About the Role

As the Director, Business Lead Development, Partners & Alliances, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Conduent's partner and alliance ecosystem to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships that expand our go-to-market reach, strengthen our solutions, and create new business opportunities.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and business unit leadership, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy that drives demand generation, supports business development efforts, and delivers measurable value for customers and partners alike. You'll cultivate relationships with technology providers, strategic business partners, and industry organizations while ensuring alliance initiatives align with Conduent's long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the enterprise partner and alliance strategy to support business development and revenue growth.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding strategic partners that expand market reach and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with technology providers, strategic partners, and industry organizations.
  • Leading end-to-end management of strategic alliance programs and partner initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and business unit leaders to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Driving demand generation and pipeline growth through partner-led marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop joint solutions that address customer needs and create competitive differentiation.
  • Ensuring partner solutions align with market demands and deliver measurable customer value.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the success of alliance programs.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding partnership performance and market opportunities.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance partner engagement and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of alliance initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances, sales, or a related leadership role within the BPO, technology, or services industry.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build executive-level relationships with strategic partners and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to translate market data and business insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs to measure partnership success and business performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple strategic priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus across Sales, Marketing, Product, and business leadership teams.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is ($135,000 - $180,000)
