About the Role

The Director, Analytics will be the head of the US Data Analytics team and will also lead the Analytics guild that nurtures knowledge sharing and collaboration between analysts across the org. This role is responsible for leading and nurturing the analytics function, collaborating closely with cross-functional GTM & Product teams, and providing professional leadership to all analysts in the org. The Director of Analytics will drive data-driven decision-making, ensure the integrity and efficacy of data analytics, and support the strategic objectives of the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Analytics team across business verticals, setting the vision, strategy, and goals for the analytics function across the organization
  • Partner with GTM teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Support & Product, to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and priorities
  • Ensure seamless integration of analytics into GTM strategies and operations
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the analytics team and across the company
  • Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to analysts embedded within cross-functional GTM teams
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to analysts
  • Establish and enforce, in collaboration with the Data Platform team, data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
  • Monitor and improve the quality of data and analytics outputs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies

 Qualifications:

  • Located within EST zone US state, with proven ability working with a global team across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role either in a centralized or decentralized model.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics teams.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI system.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a Data Warehouse.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $220,000.00 to $240,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits
