About Product Strategy.

Product Strategy builds things that solve a problem or provide a benefit to a group of users. This team’s role is to ensure that what we're building strikes a balance between achieving the user goals, business needs, and feasibility. Product helps define the vision, manages the roadmap and backlog, and drives the delivery of features and activities to fulfill that vision.

The role.

Huge is looking for a Director, AI Product Strategy to join the Product Strategy team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product management, business strategy, design, and technology. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, validate, and ship end-to-end digital experiences and orchestrated agentic workflows for our clients. You are a forward-deployed engineer and architect who gets hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools to transform client operations, build consumer-facing AI features, and drive digital product vision.

What you’ll be doing.
  • Architect end-to-end orchestrated AI agent workflows to transform both consumer-facing digital experiences and complex internal client operations.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery, research, strategy, requirements gathering, and validation through design, tech delivery, and launch.
  • Translate complex requirements and AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and business outcomes for senior executive clients
  • Partner closely with Designers, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships to set design direction, iterate on features, and validate feasibility.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Strategy, and Technology), fostering a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert, leading client engagements with agency and consulting rigor.
  • You’ll be a close partner and advisor to senior clients, playing a critical role in understanding and applying business requirements and logic while also balancing the end-user’s needs and goals.
What we’d like to see.
  • Proven experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Deep background as a Product Owner/Manager shipping large-scale, consumer-facing digital products (Web, App, CMS, or Enterprise platforms).
  • Practical, applied experience with modern AI tools, agentic design, governance, and workflow transformation.
  • A mindset where seniority does not equate distance from delivery, and a track record of delivered AI experiences that go beyond the lab and POC stage to shipped and evaluated.
  • Knowing the difference between deterministic and probabilistic systems, and how you design for it rather than around it.
  • Hands-on experience or working fluency with cloud and LLM ecosystems:
    • Google Cloud / Vertex AI / Gemini Enterprise Agents
    • Anthropic Claude (Claude Projects/Skills)
    • OpenAI / Microsoft Copilot

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, Alaska, Montana and Hawaii, USA.
