This role plays a key part in bridging strategy and execution — helping sales teams understand, position, and sell Mspark’s digital advertising solutions effectively.
This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who’s passionate about digital advertising strategy, enjoys collaborating across teams, and wants to grow into a subject matter expert in digital advertising and product strategy.

- Collaborate with Marketing to help organize and prepare internal training sessions for sales teams — including presentation decks, product reference sheets, FAQs, and follow-up materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop visually engaging proposals, one-pagers, and case studies for digital product offerings.
- Maintain working relationships with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure strategies are properly moved from pre-sale to post-sale execution.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and clients to identify opportunities for upsell, improvement in strategy process, and closing the loop from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Client Experience teams to ensure cohesive communication and consistent understanding of Mspark’s digital strategy and product suite.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platforms, and industry updates to contribute new insights and strengthen Mspark’s go-to-market approach.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, sales-friendly messaging.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for proposal and collateral development.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM or project management tools a plus.
- Collaborative team player who takes initiative and seeks to learn from experienced strategists.
