Job Description

Build and Scale a Marketplace Platform for Auto Claims
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Digital Product Manager to help grow a digital marketplace platform that connects insurance carriers with experienced independent auto adjusters who perform photo-based damage estimates.
Our team operates like a startup within a larger enterprise. You'll work alongside a dedicated Business Architect, a Managing Engineer, and a small engineering team to shape product strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.
This role is designed for a product manager who is passionate about discovery, experimentation, and delivering business outcomes. We are seeking someone who thinks like an owner, embraces ambiguity, and enjoys solving customer problems rather than simply managing delivery plans and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Conduct customer discovery and validate assumptions through research, experimentation, and data.

  • Partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value.

  • Prioritize product investments based on customer needs, business impact, and technical considerations.

  • Define and measure product success through meaningful outcome-based metrics.

  • Balance the needs of insurance carrier customers, operational stakeholders, and independent adjusters using the platform.

  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams and serve as a trusted voice for customers and the product.

How We Work

  • We are a small, empowered product team focused on outcomes, not outputs.

  • We believe the best product decisions come from understanding customers, validating assumptions, and partnering closely with engineering to solve meaningful problems.

  • We strive to move with the agility of a startup while meeting the expectations of a large enterprise. The ideal candidate can navigate organizational processes when necessary without losing focus on customer outcomes and product value.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading digital products through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong product mindset and customer-first approach.

  • Experience developing product strategy and managing priorities.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to partner effectively with technical teams and understand technical tradeoffs.

  • Experience conducting customer research, validating assumptions, and measuring outcomes.

  • Ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization while maintaining focus on customer and business value.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, initiative, and ownership are expected.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketplace, platform, workflow, or operational products.

  • Experience supporting multiple user personas.

  • Familiarity with insurance, claims, estimating, workforce management, or gig-economy-style platforms.

  • Experience working in empowered product teams that emphasize customer discovery, experimentation, and iterative learning.

Who Thrives Here

  • Product managers who think like owners and entrepreneurs.

  • Curious problem solvers who seek evidence before making decisions.

  • Individuals who proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for requirements.

  • Builders who are energized by ambiguity, collaboration, and outcomes.

Skills

Business Case Analyses, Collaboration, Collaborative Development, Product Management, Product Roadmapping, Product Strategies, Product Vision, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Systems Thinking, Waterfall Model

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 120,000.00 - 193,725.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
