Perficient has a subcontracting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager on client site in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for owning business requirements, priduct vision, and prioritization for digital banking capabilities. Serve as the business lead representing customer and organizational needs throughout implementation. 

Responsibilities

·     Define and manage product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.

·       Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories.

·       Partner with the platform vendor, business teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver desired functionality.

·       Own backlog management and facilitate requirements clarification sessions.

·       Evaluate impacts on customer experience, operations, and digital channel performance.

·       Support user acceptance testing and implementation readiness activities.

·       Drive stakeholder alignment across payments, administration, marketing, and customer-facing functions.

Qualifications

·       7-10+ years of product management experience.

·       Digital banking, online banking, payments, or financial services background.

·       Experience with products such as FIS IBS, FIX Flex and Q2 preferred.

·       Experience working with Agile delivery teams and third-party technology vendors.
