The Digital Product Manager is responsible for strategic product roadmap and planning for the ecommerce platform. This role will be managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will create and define the features and customer experience through high quality business requirements, and user stories while managing the scope of each release using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. You will balance constraints and customer needs to ensure execution of the full product lifecycle process from concept to launch. This role will help the broader product team move forward swiftly through rigor, discipline, and transparency in decision making and removing roadblocks focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality software applications. Specifically, within the Service and Support space, the Product Manager will work closely with teams of software developers, user experience designers, and various cross-functional stakeholders to enhance usability and drive organization initiatives.

He/she will support in-depth business reviews, communicate, and present across all levels of the organization. This role must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management, technology adoption) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams)

You will report directly to our Director of IT Program Management and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with leadership and several cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative consumer software and services
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
  • Define the long-term strategy and vision for device management, leveraging new technologies to deliver features to our customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap and prioritization
  • Partner with HBT teams to understand their customer needs and influence adoption of new services
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology, including end-to-end product delivery and ownership of product roadmap strategy, definition, and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment in a Product Owner/Manager role.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage 1-3+ concurrent workstreams across multiple cross-functional stakeholders, balancing customer impact, business value, resources, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Use data, KPIs, and quantitative analysis to validate assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, develop recommendations, and drive measurable actions, with the ability to define and track 1-3+ success metrics for key initiatives.
  • Define product strategy and roadmaps spanning 12–24 months, translate business objectives into prioritized initiatives, and successfully execute complex product development cycles from strategy through launch.
  • Demonstrate success developing 2+ innovative, user-friendly products or features informed by customer insights, with measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, satisfaction, or other relevant customer experience metrics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting strategic, financial, or technical objectives, driving resolution across multiple cross-functional teams and maintaining delivery against agreed timelines and goals.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and cross-functional dependencies while delivering products or features on time and against defined business, technical, and customer outcomes
