This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

As the Digital Product Lead for our global e‑commerce platform, you will shape and drive the product vision that powers seamless, scalable, and high‑performing consumer journeys across regions. Based at our Charlotte HQ, you will lead a multidisciplinary agile squad to deliver best‑in‑class digital experiences grounded in data, user insight, and business growth objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate customer needs and commercial priorities into impactful digital solutions that keep Electrolux competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the long‑term product roadmap and ensure alignment with business strategy and OKRs.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to launch and optimization.

  • Maintain and prioritize a high‑quality product backlog, converting business needs into actionable user stories.

  • Use analytics and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive conversion and performance improvements.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define personas, map user journeys, and deliver intuitive digital experiences.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and senior leadership to guide product direction.

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and uphold enterprise security standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in digital commerce or consumer-facing SaaS.

  • Strong technical acumen and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.

  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions and trade‑offs.
