We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to support a high-profile business executive and entrepreneur in growing their digital presence, audience, and personal brand.
This is a freelance, remote engagement of approximately 50 hours per month. You’ll work across different areas of digital marketing, including content, SEO, website optimisation, audience growth, online communities, analytics, and paid channels.

- Support digital marketing and audience growth initiatives across multiple channels.
- Improve online visibility through SEO, content optimisation, and emerging AEO/AI search practices.
- Help optimise website content, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Identify opportunities to grow reach and engagement across relevant platforms and online communities.
- Support content distribution and amplify thought leadership.
- Assist with targeted paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platforms.
- Monitor performance, use analytics to identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with PR, communications, and social media specialists.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or audience development.
- Hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels.
- Working knowledge of SEO, content, website optimisation, analytics, and paid media.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable executing independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Preferably, experience supporting executives, founders, entrepreneurs, authors, thought leaders, or personal brands.
- Experience with AEO/AI search, community marketing, audience development, or content distribution is also a plus.
