Neogen is seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Integration Manager to lead and execute global technology initiatives that enhance systems integration and business process efficiency. This critical role manages a portfolio of digital projects, guiding cross-functional teams through the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of project leadership, technical knowledge, and emotional intelligence to drive transformation across a dynamic enterprise. This role follows a Remote work model, offering flexibility while maintaining alignment with global teams and business stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple digital integration projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Manage and mentor a global team of technical experts and vendor partners, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Introduce and champion new development methodologies, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to project execution.
Collaborate across departments to define system configurations, data integration models, workflows, and overall project requirements.
Develop and maintain project scope, timelines, workstreams, and reporting structures.
Coordinate team responsibilities and establish clear schedules, deliverables, and accountability.
Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders, IT leadership, external vendors, and executive sponsors.
Lead multi-phase development efforts in heterogeneous environments, supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor on system enhancements, process improvements, and digital transformation opportunities.
Ensure IT systems meet regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, applying sound judgment to make assumptions and support decision-making.
Stay current with evolving technologies and evaluate their alignment with Neogen’s digital roadmap.
Apply emotional intelligence to facilitate adoption, communication, and the human side of change management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years leading complex IT projects or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams in dynamic work environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft Azure) preferred.
Solid understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and operations.
Business process experience in manufacturing environments across functions including Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Service, and Finance.
Expertise in project management, business case development, change management, and application lifecycle management.
Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
