The Opportunity
As a Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation) Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
In this role, you will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. Responsibilities
- Analyzing product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market
- Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration
- Leveraging digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy
- Managing project resources and overseeing product lifecycle management initiatives
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on operations management and strategy
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with firm guidelines
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in product development and manufacturing processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Supporting end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementations
- Assisting with configuring and deploying Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill solutions
- Contributing to PLM platform integrations with engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems
- Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes
- Applying Six Sigma methodologies for quality improvement
- Managing complex operations and supply chain strategies
- Developing innovative product development and manufacturing solutions
- Excelling in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
