We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our creative team. As a Digital Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape engaging digital solutions that are in line with our brand values and marketing strategies.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-centered designs across various digital mediums including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. You will work independently and collaboratively, ensuring the consistency of our brand’s identity and elevating the user experience through thoughtful and creative design. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Design & Visual Communication:
- Create impactful visual concepts for websites, mobile experiences, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Develop and maintain design consistency across digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the IGS Energy brand and marketing best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador, evolving and adhering to brand standards while ensuring that design work remains fresh, on-brand, and user-friendly.
- Visual Strategy & Creative Problem-Solving:
- Approach design challenges with creative solutions grounded in rational thinking and best practices, taking into account both design trends and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that meet both the business goals and the needs of developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Design & Project Execution:
- Independently manage projects from concept through execution, setting timelines, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that work meets quality standards.
- Develop and refine design assets based on client feedback and internal stakeholder input, ensuring that final deliverables are on-brand and meet project objectives.
- Collaboration & Feedback Interpretation:
- Collaborate closely with other designers, marketing leads, business lines, and IT product managers to meet project requirements.
- Interpret and act upon feedback effectively, ensuring that final designs align with both client expectations and the strategic direction of the organization.
- Quality Assurance & Brand Stewardship:
- Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, UI/UX standards, and web accessibility best practices.
- Produce designs that are memorable, engaging, and distinct while ensuring consistency in visual communication across all platforms.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate design solutions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, confidently defending creative choices and adapting work based on feedback.
- Design Process & Time Management:
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Proactively communicate progress, potential obstacles, and design decisions to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, including experience with public-facing websites and digital campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects across multiple platforms (web, mobile, email, etc.).
- Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using a WYSIWYG interface and CMS like HubSpot or Sitefinity is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards, includes thinking through the user journey, identifying design opportunities, and proposing intuitive solutions.
- Experience with branding and maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints. Contribute to creation and maintenance of design system components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Experience working in an agile or collaborative environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.

Salary Range:
$64,710.00 - $103,540.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
