Digital Business Analyst - Sub-Contractor

 

Perficient has a subcontracting opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to support a client onsite in Charlotte, NC. You will be supporting requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement for the digital banking transformation program. Your focus will be on ensuring business needs are accurately captured and communicated to delivery teams. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business and operational stakeholders. 
• Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional requirements. 
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. 
• Analyze gaps between current-state and future-state digital banking capabilities. 
• Support testing activities, defect triage, and user acceptance testing. 
• Facilitate communication between business users, product managers, and vendor teams. 
• Track requirements through implementation and ensure traceability. 

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience. 
• Experience with digital banking platforms, online/mobile banking, or financial services applications. 
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
