The Opportunity
As a Digital Assurance & Transparency - IT Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data, and AI systems. Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. - Guiding teams in the evaluation of digital environments, including processes, controls, and cybersecurity measures
- Utilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to enhance the credibility of client information
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address compliance challenges
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of data quality assessment and validation processes
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across audit teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within audit frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing governance and improving risk management processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: an active CPA license or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
