Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager to lead a team of product managers and configuration experts driving digital and analytics capabilities, including platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform. In this role, you will shape and execute digital product strategy, lead high-impact initiatives with moderate to high complexity, and partner with senior leaders, internal teams, and external customers to deliver business value. You will manage and develop high-performing teams, strengthen agile discipline and continuous improvement, guide complex decision-making, and translate multifaceted business and operational concepts into clear, actionable insights that support sound, data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

- 5+ years of Data or Analytics product management, preferably in Adobe Experience Platform.
- 7+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven experience in leading teams of product management people who serve analytics community
- Proven ability to understand marketers campaign targeting and activation needs in order to translate into product data and feature requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in managing product licensing metrics for a data-based system - including ability to offer alternatives that make sense to marketer campaign needs
- A background in data technology that can serve as effective mechanism to communicate requirements to engineering and technology
- Day to day operational experience including the ability to under severity and manage prioritization of impact - in context of marketing campaigns
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
