Working under moderate supervision, this position, Implementation Engineer (IE), will partner with others within the Professional Services organization and project team to ensure an accurate and timely deployment of our solutions.
Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot technical applications.

Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to design network configurations and plan hardware deployments.
-
Coordinate and execute installation tasks in line with project schedules.

Work with clients and vendors to:
-
Verify DICOM Conformance.
-
Implement DICOM Modality Worklist and Image Transfer workflows.
-
Execute DICOM Data Migrations.Support
-
-
HL7 interfacing and assist Custom Engineers with other data migrations as needed.
-
Guide clients through test plan creation and execution.
-
Provide focused support during Go-Live and participate in Transition to Support meetings.
-
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system; track and close cases as needed.

Gain expertise in all products within your area of responsibility.

Submit product issues and enhancement requests to Product Management.
-
Pursue ongoing professional development through reading, seminars, and continuing education.
-
Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes and client workflows.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Strong knowledge of HL7 and DICOM protocols.

Proficiency in healthcare informatics and workflow systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Effective time management and prioritization.

Familiarity with:

Server platforms and storage systems (SAN, NAS).

Database management systems (SQL & Oracle).

Source control systems.

Defect tracking tools.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience:
-
Preferred: 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT.

Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Work Environment:

100% Office or Home-Based.

Travel: 0–10%
