Working under moderate supervision, this position, Implementation Engineer (IE), will partner with others within the Professional Services organization and project team to ensure an accurate and timely deployment of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot technical applications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers in client planning meetings to design network configurations and hardware deployment strategies.
- Coordinate and execute installation tasks alongside project managers.
- Partner with clients and vendors to verify DICOM conformance and implement workflows such as Modality Worklist, Image Transfer, and Data Migrations.
- Support HL7 interfacing and assist Custom Engineers with additional data migration needs.
- Guide clients through test plan development and execution.
- Provide dedicated support during Go-Live and assist in Transition to Support handovers.
- Manage CRM case lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop expertise in all relevant products and submit product issues or enhancement requests to Product Management.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through reading, seminars, and continuing education.
- Recommend process improvements for internal teams and client interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

- Expertise in HL7 and DICOM protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in healthcare informatics and workflow systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Familiar with server platforms, SAN/NAS storage systems, SQL/Oracle DBMS, source control, and defect tracking systems
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years in Healthcare IT
Work Environment:
- 100% office or home-based
- Travel: 0–10%
