We are hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

Working hand in hand with great devops engineers building out devops best practices in the federal space. This will include creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, creating infrastructure with Cloudformation, and helping define and build a modern data science/development environment.


What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with Github Actions, CI/CD, Cloudformation, Cloudwatch
  • Experience establishing vulnerability patching, and remediation plans
  • Experience supporting Linux based development environments
  • The ability to create and support AWS environments (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda)
  • Skill in developing and improving CI/CD scripts and services for development and deployment
  • Experience with Docker and container investigation
  • A team player with the desire and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, managers and product managers
  • A security minded individual who can keep infrastructure security top of mind in a large scale cloud environment
  • Experience working in Agile software development teams
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $120,000 – $155,000
