About the Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Lead to join the Engineering team. This senior-level role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset and proactive attitude, ready to step in as a technical reference for DevOps practices. You’ll play a critical role in managing infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring SOC2 compliance, and supporting complex environments that require resilience and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical reference for DevOps best practices.

  • Manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

  • Drive and maintain SOC2 compliance for sensitive data projects.

  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.

  • Participate in on-call rotations and handle alert management.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and security teams.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Senior-level DevOps experience with proven startup exposure.

  • Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, and GCP).

  • Background in SOC2 compliance and handling sensitive data.

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

  • Ability to provide technical leadership (not direct people management initially).
