The DevOps Engineer supports design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks, improving team efficiency through scripting and integration.

This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the automation frameworks. This role requires a solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure and automation.

Responsibilities
- Integrate Operational Systems to improve delivery, reporting, and monitoring of internal and customer services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes.
- Maintain and support orchestration and automation platforms
- Identify and prioritize manual processes that are candidates for automation
- Work with other teams to understand existing processes and workflows that can then be targeted for automation and/or integration efforts
- Identify key technologies and tools that provide enhancement and efficiencies for Operations
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or Automation role.
- Strong coding and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, and other automation tools.
- Knowledge in one or more Enterprise Infrastructure domains: Virtualization technologies, storage systems, networking & firewalls, server hardware.
- Experience with ServiceNow automation (Catalog Items, Flows, Scoped Apps).
- Experience utilizing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience with version control in Git and Gitlab.
