Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Security Leadership
- Partner with the CISO to define and execute CSC's global cybersecurity vision and strategy.
- Lead and inspire global security service line teams, fostering a unified, security-first culture.
- Anticipate and adapt to emerging threats, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.
Core Security Capabilities
- Governance & Risk Management: Maintain and evolve global control frameworks, policies, and awareness programs that meet regulatory, audit, and client requirements.
- Threat Detection & Response: Oversee SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response to ensure rapid, decisive action.
- Security Architecture & Engineering: Champion secure-by-design principles, cloud and perimeter defense, cryptography, and endpoint protection.
- Identity & Access Management: Ensure strong authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls across the enterprise.
- Data Security & Privacy: Advance classification, encryption, and privacy controls to protect sensitive information.
- Product & Platform Security: Embed security into product lifecycles, ensuring resilience from concept to deployment.
Operational & Business Alignment
- Talent Development & Regional Workforce Management: Identify, develop, and retain talent across different geographies-including understanding impact of local labor laws, hiring practices, and leadership pipeline development.
- Lead complex, multi-regional initiatives with clear accountability for delivering scope, quality, timeline, and budget-leveraging modern project management practices and tools.
- Develop and execute security service roadmaps aligned with CSC's business priorities and client commitments.
- Define and monitor metrics to measure risk reduction, resilience, and maturity-translating business goals into measurable outcomes, using dashboards, OKRs, and KPIs to track performance and guide continuous improvement.
- Integrate security into M&A, divestiture, and major technology initiatives.
Partnership & Influence
- Collaborate with enterprise technology leaders, business and shared services, and service line leaders to embed security into all operations.
- Represent CSC to regulators, auditors, partners, and strategic vendors as a trusted authority.
- Provide the CISO with strategic counsel, operational insights, and an informed industry perspective.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in senior information security leadership, with direct responsibility for enterprise security services.
- Proven experience managing SOC, IAM, architecture, or GRC functions at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives, regulators, and global stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS), regulatory standards (GDPR, DORA, SOX), and cloud security.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect security outcomes to corporate strategy and client value.
