Position Objective:

Summary of Position:
This position supports our hardware management of mobile devices and accessories for our customers. This includes staging, kitting, shipping, storing, cleaning, and restoring mobile devices, updating, and creating tickets in our ticket system, assisting in inventory tracking, and acting as a team player by attributing to any other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
The Depot Specialist position will be responsible for performing the following:
•Staging hardware devices by uploading & configuring software, including, but not limited to, wireless and other mobility application activations.
•Organizing and assembling hardware accessories
•Processing devices for shipment or delivery to customers
•Interfacing with customers and partners
•Product issue(s) diagnosis and resolution
•Support ticket management
•Packing, packaging, shipping, and receiving
•Organizing and managing a constant flow of inventory
•Repair Mobile devices
•Closely follow established procedures and protocols
•Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education, Skills & Experience:
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•One or more years of experience in a supply chain and/or warehouse environment, or in electronics (particularly mobile device setup or repair), a plus
•Degree or Certifications in electronics engineering or computer science and/or technology, a plus
•Must be able to follow specific instructions, with attention to detail; must be conscientious
•Must possess written communication skills
•Must have excellent listening and verbal communication skills
•Must possess strong interpersonal skills
•Must have the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Doc, Excel, Outlook)
•Must be able to regularly lift and/or move materials ranging from 5 to more than 50 lbs.
•Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
•Must have exceptionally fine motor skills, with keen attention to detail, and with the ability to identify and address potential hardware problems.

Working conditions:
•No Travel required
•Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 9pm. Shifts may be 8am-5pm, or 12pm-9pm.
•Paid Holidays, PTO, and benefits.
•Must be open to work after hours and weekends when needed to assist with special projects.
