About the Role:
We are hiring a Demand Marketing Associate to support scaling SMB and accelerating Mid Market growth with high-impact demand and lead generation programs. This role is a key execution driver, responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email, content, and events to increase awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and drive revenue. The associate will own hands-on execution and performance measurement across core marketing channels while partnering closely with Sales, GTM, Product, Tech, and Creative teams to bring campaigns to market.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup, launch, and optimization for SMB paid media across LinkedIn, with expansion into Google Search, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage hands-on creation of campaign assets including ad copy, audience targeting, and platform configuration across paid channels.
- Monitor overall campaign performance, analyze results, and implement optimizations to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Own SMB and Mid Market email marketing execution including copywriting, asset creation, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
- Support planning and on-site execution of SMB-focused in-person events, including logistics and coordination.
- Partner with B2B Creative and Content teams to develop marketing materials such as physical and digital promo kits, direct mail, and sales collateral.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all campaign assets across channels and programs.
- Monitor pacing for pipeline and revenue goals in Salesforce and create analysis reports on where to optimize, scale up, or scale back.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, or B2C marketing with direct applicability to performance and demand generation
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, with the ability to build, execute, and report on campaigns with minimal oversight
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience owning end-to-end campaign execution, including asset creation, setup, launch, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with email marketing, including copywriting, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Experience supporting or executing field marketing initiatives, including in-person events or trade shows
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams of varying levels of seniority
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality across all marketing deliverables
Preferred Requirements:
- Background in restaurant tech, retail tech, or closely related industries
- Demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience using additional paid media channels such as YouTube, Reddit, or Yelp
- Involvement in building or managing referral or advocacy programs
Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $84,479 -$99,387.
