As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence by driving high-quality pipeline through a combination of inbound and marketing-led initiatives. You will shape how enterprise buyers discover and engage with Mimica, ensuring that demand generation efforts translate into measurable revenue impact.
Part of your day-to-dayBuild and scale a digital-first demand generation engine that drives qualified enterprise pipeline.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and social, aligned to target segments and markets.
Develop and balance broad-based demand generation initiatives with targeted, account-focused programs.
Continuously test, measure, and refine messaging and campaign performance based on data and sales feedback.
Partner closely with sales to ensure strong alignment on pipeline quality, conversion, and follow-through.
Own funnel performance across key stages, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Drive the promotion and distribution of key initiatives (e.g. content, webinars, campaigns) to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution across the go-to-market motion.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with direct ownership of pipeline creation.
Strong track record of building and scaling digital-first campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
Ability to translate market insights and performance data into messaging and campaign optimization.
Experience operating across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Strong understanding of paid channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google), SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
Analytical mindset with experience in attribution, experimentation, and funnel performance management.
High level of ownership and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
