Reporting to the Co-head of Brigit, the VP of Product is a critical senior leadership role with responsibility across product management, design, and user research for Brigit's entire suite of products.
In this role, you will build upon the existing product vision, own customer and business outcomes, and drive execution across our talented empowered cross-functional teams. You should be equally comfortable shaping a multi-year roadmap and going deep on customer discovery, experiments, product requirements or implementing product development processes.
What you’ll do
Define and execute a bold vision for our products aligned with achieving our goal of improving the lives of the underserved
Own outcomes across acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and customer value
Translate company priorities into clear product investments, roadmaps, and resource decisions
Use customer insight, data, experimentation, and business economics to guide decisions
Partner with the Data team to define measurable metrics of success for the Product teams, and drive accountability through OKRs
Delivering experiences that drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement, while driving cost efficiencies
Develop the roadmap of features, adaptively planning forward and managing the implementation with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with engineering and marketing leadership to establish agile processes, frameworks, and tools to improve product velocity, quality, accountability, and transparency
Build, recruit, and train a world-class product and design team
Proactively think through organizational design and development as the team scales
Partner across functions to balance growth, customer experience, risk, compliance, and operational complexity
What you have
10+ years of product management experience, including experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of scaling consumer products and driving strategy and execution across multiple product areas.
3+ years experience in product leadership in an early-stage technology company
5+ years of experience working in consumer mobile products
A passion for making a social impact and helping build a business that dramatically improves people’s lives
Experience leading and nurturing a product organization - fostering a culture of empowered, autonomous product teams, driving innovation and accountability
You make data-informed decisions, and can balance that with a deep intuition of how users engage with a product or feature—you can rapidly validate and revise your hypotheses
Deep knowledge of extracting and delivering consumer insights via focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, and experiments
Strong skills in partner management and internal evangelism through verbal and written communication
Organized, focused on results, and experienced in creating the frameworks and processes critical for our growing team
Strong understanding of consumer business economics, including conversion, retention, monetization, and lifetime value
