The marketing organization at CIQ is rethinking the growth and demand strategies and will
employ AI and any other modern tools that promise to introduce efficiencies, expand coverage, and ultimately improve conversion. We seek someone with an eye on the future of marketing, and we will empower you to help define it.

Develop and execute an effective demand generation strategy
You will be an impactful contributor to the marketing organization and will be relied upon to drive the expansion of our funnel and the effectiveness of conversion throughout. You will work with our team to:

  • Define and execute the overall growth and demand generation strategy across product lines and an open source community.
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid ads, events, and
    webinars.
  • Co-own our marketing automation platform (Hubspot), while investigating and integrating modern technology and AI to create efficiencies throughout the funnel.
  • Manage a budget and establish metrics and reports that demonstrate success and allow us to troubleshoot concerns in our outbound campaign efforts.

Ultimately, in this role, you will be a critical member of our growing revenue organization. You will have a chance to define this function as you see fit. We believe marketing and sales are a single function that, when aligned, are unstoppable.

NEEDED TO SUCCEED
In this role, you will be relied upon not only to drive revenue but also to help all the members of the marketing team make data-informed decisions and scale efforts where there is proven opportunity. You should be a team player who inherently understands that the better the whole team, the better you will be in your function. We are looking for people who are confident in their craft, yet humble enough to ideate new ways of doing things. You should have the following:

  • A deep understanding of the entire sales and marketing funnel, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales.
