What you will work on:
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy for the enterprise channel.

  • Design and run targeted campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and engagement with mid-market and traditional enterprise prospects.

  • Leverage ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to land $70K–$200K deals across ICP segments.

  • Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives that convert self-serve users into enterprise buyers.

  • Build nurture and lead scoring programs to identify and accelerate sales-ready leads from the self-serve base.

  • Manage paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, display, retargeting) with a focus on CAC, ROI, and contribution to pipeline.

  • Launch, track, and optimize campaign performance across all relevant platforms, in partnership with design/content teams.

  • Be the “player-coach” - execute while laying the foundation to hire and scale the demand generation team.

  • Define tools, processes, and metrics for long-term success.

Who you are:
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, including 4+ years focused on enterprise.

  • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading demand generation teams in early-stage, high-growth companies.

  • Proven success in building a demand engine from the ground up and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Experience managing 7 figure pipeline goals, with a history of hitting targets in fast-paced environments.

  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales funnel, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with the broader go-to-market strategy.

  • Experience marketing to multiple personas and knows how to create strategies to support multiple personas along long sales cycles.

  • Prior experience with ABM strategies to build programs for both high ACV land and expand deals.

  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and campaign analytics.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS buyer journeys, personas, and content strategies.

  • Comfort working across teams (sales, product, growth, content) and with ambiguity.

  • Analytical and data-driven with strong ROI focus.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience in developer tools, application platforms, or low-code/no-code solution.

  • Experience in GTM tools (e.g., Webflow, Clay, Notion, Common Room)
