About the Role

As a Demand Generation Lead, you will architect and own our full-funnel marketing strategy, from high-funnel brand awareness to mid-funnel education and bottom-funnel lead capture. You’ll design scalable, repeatable acquisition and expansion programs that deepen engagement and accelerate revenue — partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You love using data and product signals to surface the right accounts to engage, and you know how to translate insights into personalized, multi-channel experiences. You’ll lead both strategy and execution for your first 9–12 months, with a clear path to team leadership as you “nail and scale” our growth formula.

What You'll Do

  • Demand Gen Strategy & Ownership: Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand gen strategies that drive awareness, engage prospects, and drive action across the buyer’s journey. This includes lead scoring, lifecycle management, and account-based marketing. Build nurture and lifecycle campaigns that guide prospects from first touch through activation and expansion.
  • Channel & Budget Management: Manage the demand gen budget across channels and campaigns, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with goals (cost per demo performed, ROAS). Leverage our agencies that provide creative, website, and distribution support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align on lead definitions, pipeline goals, and performance metrics. Serve as a builder who thrives in ambiguity, drives projects from conception to execution, and shares learnings with the broader team.
  • Data-Driven Experimentation & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose hypothesis-driven optimizations, and continually refine channel mix through testing and analysis. Create repeatable campaign playbooks that can be scaled across segments and regions.
  • AI and Automation as a Force Multiplier: Leverage AI for research, analytics and reporting, campaign ideation, and prospect engagement. Partner with Revenue Operations to evolve processes, workflows, and data hygiene that enable scaling.
  • Drive Measurable Pipeline Growth: Increase the number of qualified sales demos and bookings sourced from new and existing prospects while maintaining or reducing acquisition cost.
  • Grow and Engage Marketable Database: Deliver month-over-month increases in the size of our engaged prospect database while improving engagement rates and converting more of our audience into MQLs and sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Improve Full-Funnel Performance: Show continuous optimization across the buyer journey, from first touch to post-sale expansion, improving conversion rates at every stage.
  • Establish Operational Clarity & Excellence: Create clear visibility into ROI across channels and campaigns, supported by actionable insights and reporting.
  • Built Scalable Systems & AI- Driven Efficiency: Implement processes, reporting structures, and martech integrations that support long-term growth. Demonstrate measurable time-savings and/or performance improvements through AI-enhanced workflows.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS growth/demand gen experience with ownership of end-to-end demand strategies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skillset with comfort diving into data independently
  • Hands-on technical experience with modern marketing tools such as HubSpot and Visual Website Optimizer
  • Curiosity and practical experience incorporating AI into marketing workflows
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to turn metrics into narrative
  • A builder mentality, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excited to architect systems that scale
