About the role:

We are seeking a collaborative Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team to launch, manage & execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at generating qualified opportunities within our enterprise business. The Demand Generation Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with our demand generation, sales, events, and marketing operations teams to generate a myriad of campaigns that attract, engage and convert potential customers. Primary focus areas include campaign management and execution across channels for events, webinars, product launches and content promotion. Our Demand Generation Campaign Manager will also evaluate and report on the impact of marketing campaigns from both a granular campaign level and business impact level. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the project management and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns from kickoff through execution and post-campaign analysis—ensuring every task, timeline, and handoff is executed flawlessly. 
  • Develop and manage detailed campaign calendars, briefs, and timelines, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule. 
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns that promote key programs (i.e., events, webinars, and high-value content) to drive engagement and pipeline growth with enterprise audiences. 
  • Contribute to campaign asset development, with a focus on crafting compelling email copy and executing timely sends. 
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure clear communication, lead handoff and timely follow-up strategies. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting. 
  • Monitor performance metrics, uncover bottlenecks or drop-off points in the funnel, and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign operations and build repeatable processes for scale. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing campaigns in a SaaS environment, with a strong emphasis on project management and campaign execution. 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.  
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to drive accountability, resolve blockers and communicate progress across teams and time zones. 
  • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce or similar CRMs is required. 
  • Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com or Asana is a plus.
